I agreed to purchase a new car from stellantis and at first I found the process very straightforward. Unfortunately due to a delay recieving the vehicle and a clerical error regarding the dual control fitting I was not confident I had made the right decision. Following a complaint I was handed over to Malcolm and he was very helpful and understanding and got things moving. I have now took ownership of the car and I am quite happy with it.1 year agoGreat Service From Brody!!
Throughout the process of enquiring about a vehicle to the point of driving away two weeks later. I was very happy with the professional service throughout with the sales representative: Brody Smith He talked me through several issues dealing with Part Exchange of my vehicle, Transfer of my registration plate and was very patient with the finance company I was using.
