The new model is the most powerful Abarth ever, with 280 HP and a 0 to 62 mph acceleration time of 5.85 seconds. The result of a joint project between Abarth and Stellantis Motorsport engineers, Abarth 600e sets a new standard for electric hot hatch cars, and the sporting style and electrification of urban cars. Abarth 600e is built on the Perfo eCMP, a state-of-the-art sport BEV platform, and is designed to deliver extraordinary driving experience and performance, alongside power and charm. Its captivating personality comes via a muscular exterior and large footprint, expansive wheels, aerodynamic rear spoiler, and aggressive, sporty interiors.
Two versions of Abarth 600e will be available for the UK market: the Abarth 600e and the highly specified Scorpionissima model.
Both versions are equipped with three driving modes. Turismo mode provides smooth acceleration and 148 HP for Abarth 600e and 198 HP for Scorpionissima, combined with 300 Nm torque and a maximum speed limited to 93 mph. This configuration also features a sport accelerator pedal and steering calibration, and standard ESP calibration. In addition to these features, the second driving mode, Scorpion Street, comes with 201 HP for the standard version and 228 HP for Scorpionissima with 345 Nm torque, and a maximum speed limited to 112 mph; the third driving mode, Scorpion Track, includes an aggressive accelerator pedal calibration, sport+ steering and specific ESP tunings. Maximum speed in this mode is 124 mph, with 345 Nm torque, and a higher power of 280 HP for the Abarth 600e Scorpionissima and 240 HP for the standard version.

The Abarth 600e’s exteriors
The exterior of Abarth 600e is inspired by two main themes: the first is the past, interpreting the contrast given by the large, brutally squared-off volume of the front radiator of the Abarth 850 TC and conferring a sporty, emotional impact; the second theme enriches the square geometry with strong graphics, inspired by the world of gaming and digital, and including inclined lines, engraved on the surfaces that become a grille in the air intake. This approach is repeated on the rear bumper.
Furthermore, Abarth focused on four elements in particular: front and rear bumpers, spoiler, and wheels. On the front, the engineers and designers stretched the silhouette, highlighting the so-called “shark nose”, improving aerodynamic performance and thus, providing the specific bumper with a characteristic volume and including three-dimensional Abarth inscription. The front look is enhanced further with a lowered setup and an enlarged track, giving an additional 30mm on the front and an additional 25mm on the back. The electrified scorpion, which made its debut on the Abarth 500e, is also a part of this model: in addition to the logos on the mudguards and the Abarth badge on the bonnet, the scorpion appears on the centreline, engraved on the black surfaces of the front and rear bumpers and spoiler. In addition to the Abarth 600e, the Scorpionissima will feature the gloss black body kit, specific lateral sticker, and painted front brake calipers.
The overall effect gives the car a strong personality and ensures a bold impact. Defining the vehicle’s aggressiveness, the black mirror caps and handles contrast with the colours of the two models: the Abarth 600e will come in the bold, exciting Acid Green, Antidote White, Shock Orange, and Venom Black; meanwhile, Scorpionissima will be available in Acid Green and the exclusive Hypnotic Purple (both paints included in OTR price).
Impactful design on the interiors
The exteriors of Abarth 600e provide just a glimpse of the new electric model’s appeal, as the interiors complete the design that was desired by Abarth’s design team. The sports steering wheel with leather and Alcantara inserts, is stylish and maximises grip. The interior theme creates a dark environment, with black A, B, and C pillars, headliner, overhead, and trims. The dark trims are brought to life by coloured detail such as the seams and the Scorpion on the steering wheel. The Abarth 600e’s uniqueness is achieved by specific choices such as dedicated seats, aluminium pedals, footrest, and floor mats. However, thanks to privacy glass a mysterious and dark spirit is maintained.
The internal look is also enriched by additional cool bonus features like the Abarth kick plate, the 7-inch cluster colour TFT with specific Abarth graphics, the tunnel pad cover—which is only available on Scorpionissima —and the dashboard fascia, which is painted black on the Abarth 600e and matt black with gloss black serigraphy for the Scorpionissima. In the interiors, the seats of the two Abarth 600e versions differ slightly with two different configurations that reflect the spirit of each version. Covered with the Scorpionflage, a distinctive and exclusive pattern created with the scorpion icon, Scorpionissima features more aggressive, racing Sabelt seats in Alcantara with an integrated headrest, perforated to express lightness and sport; meanwhile, the Abarth 600e’s Sabelt seats come with an integrated headrest fabric with striped design. Additionally, Scorpionissima features heated seats.

Bold outside, technological inside
To make driving even more pleasant, the Abarth 600e comes with a range of ADAS equipment. Both versions feature Adaptive Cruise Control and Electric Parking Brake. Furthermore, every trip aboard the Abarth 600e is supported by its safety pack, available on both versions. Starting with 6 airbags and an E-call emergency response system, the new Abarth provides drivers with Drowsy Driver Detection and Autonomous Emergency Braking system for a safer driving experience. The pack is also enriched with a Lane Departure Warning system and ISOFIX front passenger and rear seats. Also, the Scorpionissima version comes with Level 2 Assisted Driving giving additional assistance with extra features and systems like the Lane Positioning & Traffic Jam assist, 360° parking sensors that combine with rearview camera to make parking simple. Scorpionissima also offers Urban Blind Spot Monitor, power-folding mirrors, traffic sign recognition, and Automatic High Beam. Abarth 600e Scorpionissima also aims to simplify daily life with features such as Hands-free Tailgate Opening, Cargo Flex Kit, and wireless mobile phone charging. But the technological endowments do not end there: the Abarth 600e is equipped with USB type A+C port, rear parking aid, rain, and dusk sensors, keyless start, and a CarPlay and Android Auto wireless adapter.
Abarth 600e’s infotainment system
Aiming to provide the best driving experience, the Abarth 600e offers an Infotainment system with a 10.25-inch radio with six speakers, while the Scorpionissima presents a 10.25-inch radio with Navigation as standard. On the Abarth 600e, driving is made more enjoyable thanks to the performance measurement provided by its infotainment system. From the homepage, drivers can move to dedicated performance pages: torque management in real time and adaption of acceleration according to weather and terrain conditions; technical gauges page delivers key technical information; a race gauges page provides drivers with a timer and a G-diagram to feel like a Formula E driver. In addition, only the Scorpionissima features a sound generator that can be switched on and off while the vehicle is in motion from the infotainment home page: the sound level is higher during sporty driving conditions and lower and more comfortable when driving at a constant speed because of the limited variation of the throttle pedal. The exhaust note has also been enriched, with a deeper sound, in revving condition, becoming less loud in the cabin and more “rounded and muffled”. Finally, the sound fades out starting from 50 mph and gradually decreases up to a higher speed to adapt to the driving conditions.
To always provide the most exciting driving experience, Abarth increased pleasure, comfort, and safety with its connected services under two names: Connect ONE (available as standard) and Connect PLUS (subscription fees apply after 6 months free trial). The driver can benefit from a voice recognition system while on board and take advantage of automatic mapping updates to maintain navigation accuracy. The connected services also support users with remote control when it comes to the centralised door locking, turning on lights, horn, thermal preheating, or programming the charging of the battery at home.
Also, while driving the Abarth 600e, drivers can choose optimal EV routing, via connected services and TomTom support. Reaching a destination becomes easier by avoiding traffic issues or unexpected events. In addition, the vehicle allows drivers to use the mirroring mode of the infotainment system for an ideal journey thanks to the e-ROUTES by Free2Move Charge application.
