Quality service

I have used this company many times before and it was not until my mother was taken critically ill that I decided to take on a car on a 3 year lease. the service was so good and the access to this and the advice given gave me the confidence to return and take on a second lease car. the staff are friendly helpful and allow you to take the time needed to make important decisions and are more than happy to allow you to return and spend as much time as you need. They are relaxed and calming making the buying experience far more pleasurable and less pressured. We arrange a ideal time to visit the dealership. Service staff, very happy to help with my inquire to what they will be checking the car over for me after a month I bought.Told how long the time will take for the check. returned the car after an hour and they even washed my car.

Great customer service from start to finish.

I contacted Citroën with a request for prices on a new van. I wasn't interested in lease hire or any finance options as I wasn't prepared to pay the interest rates. I had a look at the ex demonstrator which was exactly what I was after and at a price not to be turned away. The only issue I had was, I was advised that the vehicle would have some defects taken care of. Some dents to the body, hole in bumper and large dent on the front face at roof height. I said I would pick the van up that Thursday and pay cash. Upon my arrival I was advised that the vehicle has been valeted but the defects hadn't been taken care of but could bring it back and book into the body shop for the repairs. This option wasn't suitable for me at the time as I'm self employed and would end up being more hassle taking time out of work. I was discounted around £300 for this but I have failed to oblitain a quote for less than £600 so far. Other than that the staff were very helpful and friendly. Citroën also took my old van off my hands and paid the best price out of at least 6 other companies for it!
