Reason for four stars.

Not giving five stars as we have had a lengthy wait for our Users Manual and Log Book, also parts needing to be replaced. However, when we eventually contacted the Service Dept. our problems were sorted out without delay, by Tracey (Stephenson?). A very pleasant and efficient young lady. Apart from that, quite happy with the car!
