Like many others, I have an inbuilt distrust of car salespersons, based on a lifetime's experience of their devious methods. This was very different. My dealings with this company were surprisingly pleasant and enjoyable. I did not feel that I was being cheated, conned, led astray or anything like that. I actually felt that the people I dealt with were sincere, trustworthy and straightforward. I am a retired senior police officer and pride myself in my ability to "suss out" those who have less than honest intentions but my instincts were not activated at all whilst dealing with the sales personnel here. I was treated with dignity and understanding and left with a warm glow rather than a feeling that I had, in any way, come off second best.
