General Manager
As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability for your site.

Sales Manager
Your role as Sales Manager includes being responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team. The Sales Manager will focus on achieving sales targets and boosting performance each month.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
Aftersales Manager
The Aftersales Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by overseeing our aftersales services, including repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing the workshop and service operations, optimising efficiency, and enhancing service quality.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of automotive aftersales processes, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- £200 received one month after their hire, with an additional £300 after their 6-month probation.
