Refer a friend for a role at Stellantis &You UK
You can receive up to £1,000 per referral, when you refer a friend to join Stellantis &You UK. We want YOU to get involved in our next hires, this will help us grow and you’ll receive a financial reward to say thank you.
If you refer a friend for a role and they’re hired, you will receive the amounts below:
- £200 received one month after hire is in place and a further £300 received after 6-month probation is complete.
- For a technician role - £400 received one month after hire is in place and a further £600 received after 6-month probation is complete.

To refer a friend for a role, simply complete the referral form below, then ask your friend to apply for their chose chosen role on our careers website.
They then need to select "Employee Referral" and add your name. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make and your reward will be adjusted to reflect this. If they are successful in their application, you’ll receive your reward one month after their start date.
Stellantis &You UK referral programme:
- The scheme is available to employees at all levels (Permanent and FTC).
- There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
- The referral payments will only be made if the role has been advertised via the internal Stellantis &You, Sales and Services vacancies careers bulletin or the careers website
- If a referral is offered a position and employed by Stellantis &You, Sales and Services, payment will be made in the next normal payroll following the first month and once the 6-month probation period is completed.
- The people you refer must not have worked for Stellantis &You, Sales and Services or be former acquisitions, either as an employee or a contractor.
