ROBINS & DAY BY STELLANTIS &YOU UK EMPLOYEE, PAUL NEALE, IS CELEBRATING 55 YEARS OF SERVICE THIS MONTH.
Robins & Day by Stellantis &You UK is paying thanks to its longest-serving employee, Paul Neale, who this month celebrates 55 years of service with the Group.
Paul joined straight from school at the age of 16 and has carried out a variety of roles with the Group’s Parts Department in his long career. Working on many brands and locations in the North West, more recently at Robins & Day Parts North West site, that has seen growth of 350% in the last 6 years.
To celebrate his many years of service, Paul was visited by James Weston, Robins & Day Chief Executive, Bryn Thomas, Robins & Day Chief Finance Officer and Mark Pickles, Stellantis UK’s Parts and Service Director, who all thanked him for his continued dedication and tireless efforts to deliver a high-quality aftersales service.
Paul Neale, Warehouse Operative, Robins & Day Parts North West, said: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company so far, I feel rewarded and enjoy working as part of a team. So much has changed over the years, technology is one of the most significant, in terms of working processes and tech we use now. With the move towards electrification and increasing number of brands we support, it makes the future exciting.”

Paul has owned many cars over his long and distinguished career including over 15 different PEUGEOT cars, he is currently the proud owner of a PEUGEOT 208 GTi by PEUGEOT Sport.
Over the years, Paul has experienced first-hand how Robins & Day and the automotive world has adapted to technological and social changes. These include occurrences such as the shift from weekly to monthly pay in 1994. Interestingly, Paul also received memos and training guides on “what is the internet?” in the early 2000’s.
Further change is underway with Robins & Day naming update to Stellantis &You UK to encapsulate all Stellantis brands and expansion plans for multi-franchise opportunities.
With the advancement of electrification and latest model launches, Paul is continuing to witness first-hand the evolution of the automobile.
