New PEUGEOT 5008 provides customers with an assertive design, welcoming interior space and efficient electrified performance. Thanks to the new PEUGEOT Allure Care warranty, the new E-5008 features comprehensive peace of mind cover for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles, the longest coverage of any European brand.
PEUGEOT already offers the broadest electric line-up of any mainstream European brand, with the E-5008 becoming its second entry into the large electric SUV following the launch of the new E-3008. New E-5008 is the only model in the electric segment to offer up to 410* miles of electric range, seating for seven passengers, and a choice of powertrains.
5008 has a distinctively aerodynamic silhouette with a high beltline and pronounced shoulders to provide good visibility and a commanding presence on the road. Gloss black roof rails and hidden weather strips enhance the robust yet dynamic SUV design.
At the front, the 5008 features new ‘three-claw’ LED daytime running lights and a sophisticated body-coloured grille, accentuated by the ultra-slim Pixel LED headlights on GT versions. This technology automatically adapts the headlights to traffic conditions, providing optimal illumination of the road without dazzling other drivers. Also on GT versions, the rear of the car features LED lights with a 3D clear glass blade design.
New 5008 is available with either 19-inch or 20-inch alloy wheels with a geometric design which accentuates its modern styling and aerodynamic performance. The 5008 is available in six colours: Obsession Blue, Ingaro Blue, Okenite White, Nera Black, Cumulus Grey, and Titane Grey. On GT versions, a contrasting ‘Black Diamond’ roof and rear spoiler are standard.
Emotion: PEUGEOT Panoramic i-Cockpit®
Inside, the 21-inch PEUGEOT Panoramic i-Cockpit® puts passengers in a high-tech and user-friendly environment and is standard across all versions. The raised head-up display and large central touchscreen of previous models have been integrated into a single curved panoramic screen. Below the screen is a configurable virtual i-Toggle display, which can be used to set up to ten shortcuts.
All versions of the 5008 come with PEUGEOT’s i-Connect® Advanced infotainment system, offering complete connectivity thanks to 3D connected navigation with over-the-air map updates, in addition to wireless Apple CarPlay™/Android Auto compatibility and natural voice recognition. The 5008 also features a new compact steering wheel which has been ergonomically designed to make operating the controls as smooth as possible without distracting the driver.
All 5008 models feature seven seats, with easy access to the last row of seats thanks to a sliding and tilting second row with reclining backrests. The second-row seats slide and tilt in a 60/40 configuration, but they also feature a 40/20/40 folding backrest. To ensure comfort for all occupants, tri-zone climate control is included as standard, while GT trim adds window blinds for the second row and extends the eight-colour ambient lighting to the rear door panels.
Excellence: efficient, dynamic powertrains
New 5008 is available with a choice of three electrified powertrains. Designed from the outset as an electric model using the Stellantis STLA-M platform, the new E-5008 is available from launch with a 73kWh battery and single electric motor driving the front wheels, which produces 210hp and 254lb ft of torque.
The E-5008’s 400-volt electric architecture has been designed around a unique battery pack to achieve best-in-class useable energy stored between the wheels. Platform components, such as the cabin heating and cooling systems, steering, braking assist and propulsion, are designed to minimise energy consumption. Those efforts, combined with extensive use of lightweight and rigid materials, ensure the E-5008 delivers class-above energy efficiency of 4.2 miles per kWh.
An 11kW three-phase onboard charger is provided as standard on electric versions. For DC rapid charging, the new E-5008 supports up to 160kW allowing it to recharge from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes. Available later in 2024, a long range version will join the range with a 98kWh battery, an electric motor producing 230hp and capable of 410* miles of range.
New 5008 is also offered with a next-generation plug-in hybrid powertrain. Featuring a 1.6-litre 150hp (110kW) petrol engine combined with a 21kWh lithium-ion battery and a 125hp (92kW) electric motor integrated into the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, it can operate in all-electric mode for up to 48 miles (WLTP) and produces a combined 195hp and 258lb/ft of torque.
Lastly, PEUGEOT offers the new 5008 with a 48-volt hybrid powertrain, coupling a petrol engine with a dual-clutch six-speed automatic gearbox which incorporates a 22hp (16kW) electric motor, along with a 0.9kWh battery, combined produces 136hp (100kW). This enables pure electric driving for short distances at low speeds and contributes to an impressive fuel economy of 44.6-52.5mpg (WLTP Combined).

The new E-5008 is available in two trim levels: ALLURE and GT, both offering seven seats and available with all three powertrain options.ALLURE versions of the 5008 feature seats finished in embossed fabric with ‘Quartz’ stitching and leather-effect trim. ALLURE versions also come with eight-colour ambient lighting, wireless smartphone charging, ‘PEUGEOT Open & Go’ keyless entry and start, a rear HD reversing camera, rear parking sensors, LED headlights and 19-inch alloy wheels.Building on the generous
ALLURE specification, GT versions offer a ‘Black Diamond’ roof and Alcantara® upholstery featuring stylish ‘Iced Clay’ stitching. Additional equipment over ALLURE trim includes 20-inch alloy wheels for electric and plug-in hybrid versions, Pixel LED headlights, 3D LED rear lights, front parking sensors, a ‘Handsfree’ smart electric tailgate, heated front seats, heated steering wheel and Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go function.
PEUGEOT Allure Care
The new E-5008 launches with the PEUGEOT Allure Care warranty that guarantees peace of mind by covering the electric motor, charger, powertrain, and main electrical and mechanical components for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles. The battery is also guaranteed for 8 years or 100,000 miles for 70% of its charging capacity.
PEUGEOT Allure Care cover is activated automatically for two years or 16,000 miles after each scheduled maintenance is carried out within the PEUGEOT approved aftersales network.
