Our team
Working to COVID-Secure Standards we are able to safely deliver your vehicles to your home. As part of Stellantis we have strict Health and Safety protocols in place which means we can safely provide delivery options to suit your needs.
To ensure that we protect you and our staff, all of our team are monitored every day to ensure that they do not have symptoms of Covid-19. In addition as an additional precaution all our staff have to wear personal protection equipment (PPE) at all times and must adhere to strict group Health and Safety standards
Preparation of Your Vehicle
Our aftersales teams, working to COVID-Secure Standards, will ensure that your car is safely prepared ready for safe onward delivery to you.
After your car has been prepared in our workshop, a protective cover will be placed over the drivers seat, the steering wheel will be wrapped and the gear lever before it is then ready for your Sales Executive to deliver the car to you wearing PPE including gloves.
The Delivery
Once our team arrive at your house, they will remove all the protective covers from your new vehicle whilst wearing gloves and they will sanitise the door handles and key ready for you. We will adhere to the goverments guidelines and keep a social distance of 2 metres, so we will not at this time be able to take you through a full handover of your new vehicle.
However, we will find an arrangement that suits you, to take you through all you need to know on your vehicle. If suitable we may do a video call with you when we get back to the dealership, or we may arrange to do it face to face in the future once we are all safe to do so. If you are giving us your old vehicle in part exchange, we request that you ensure that there has not been any contact with the vehicle for 3 hours, to keep us safe, before we remove the vehicle from the preminces. We appreciate your help and support in advance for these new safety measures.
After Delivery
Once you have had time to explore your new vehicle, you might want to ask us some questions or you might want us to talk you through some specific operations on the vehicle. We are on hand to do this, just give us a call.
*Stellantis &You Home Delivery is free of charge up to 10 miles, beyond this distance a charge of £2 per mile will be incured.

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes Stellantis Financial Services. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to Stellantis Financial Services, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to be make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and Stellantis Financial Services also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.
