Citroen Birmingham open for business at alternative sites following fire – see below

We are sorry to say that unfortunately a fire broke out at our Citroen Birmingham dealership during the evening of 16th January. The site will be closed until further notice, due to an ongoing investigation and structural damage to the dealership.

Our priority is to minimise any customer inconvenience over the weeks and months to come. As a national, manufacturer-owned group we have additional sites and facilities which we are supporting specifically to deal with this situation. All of our staff from Citroën Birmingham have been deployed across these sites to ensure there is a familiar face to welcome you.

Specifically:

For Citroën & DS Service, repairs, MOT & warranty work:

• This is being transferred to Robins & Day Peugeot Birmingham Central, on Digbeth High Street, where the Citroën team have been transferred to.
• All aftersales queries and bookings can be handled by our Booking Centre on 0121 222 7670

For Citroën & DS New vehicle, Used vehicle, Fleet, Business & Motability sales:

• We have opened a Citroën & DS sales facility at our Robins & Day Peugeot Birmingham North site in Erdington (01212 228 695).
• The site will offer “home appointments”, bringing the car of your choice for you to test-drive from the convenience of your home.
