I can't recall the exact date but recently visited the Peugeot/Citroen showroom in Coventry Looking for my next car. I was seen by Kara McSheffrey who couldn't have been more helpful. I had a difficult specification as I wanted a plug-in hybrid but did not want too large a car. Peugeot, like most manufacturers now, seem to have dropped the PHEV option from their small and medium car ranges so I was having some difficulty. I ended up considering the 308. this was really a bigger car than I wanted but Kara was very patient and helpful. giving me all the information i needed and arranging a test drive. I very nearly went for it. The reality check came when I realised that it would qualify for the extra £400 VED. I really couldn't justify putting myself into that bracket and reluctantly decided not to proceed. I have ended up ordering a Mazda MX-30. However I can't fault Kara for her customer relations abilities. If Peugeot had built the right car I would certainly have bought one.4 weeks agoAnil, Chris & Katarzyna :-)
Anil (the Branch Manager), Chris L and Katarzyna H (at the Service Desk) were very helpul, kind, polite and professional. Also, they made my experience on the day of my MOT (last week) very relaxed and were very efficient in the customer service they delivered: I was able to collect my car on the same day within the 2.5 hour wait Katarzyna advised :-) .
