My experience from choosing my car to picking up my car has been 1st Class. Dipish was just fantastic, even organising the transfer of my personal number plate. On the day of pick up, everything ran smoothly, Dipesh even added the app on my phone for me, thankfully as I am rubbish at things like that. 3 days later he phoned to see if everything was ok and did I have any questions. After spending the afternoon looking for cars with unhelpful sales staff it was great to be welcomed by Rowan at the Coventry Garage, he could not have been more helpful. He suggested taking the car out for a test drive, he was polite, professional and put you at ease. The whole process of purchasing the car could not have been any better. He kept in touch via emails, we loved the video before handover and even received a phone call checking up after the purchase. I would definitely recommend buying from this garage. Toni Healy once again went above & beyond for us. Our original advisor Nial was very knowledgable about Motability scheme & the car we viewed but when the time came for our car arriving at dealership things went a bit wobbly as Nial was absent due to a medical emergency poor chap & we had 2 different people call us concerning our car pick up but neither one knew a hoist needed fitting before we could collect. Then out of the blue Toni called us & informed us she was now dealing with our needs. After that all went smoothly and as usual Toni went above & beyond with customer service & left us feeling certain it would all happen fine for us which it did. We were made to feel special & valued on entering the dealership & felt like we was being greeted by a friend . 5* service Toni once again. Thank you.Leave us a review
