As I had purchased a car previously from Robins & Day,I decided to look on line at some of the vehicles they were stocking.finding a car I liked the look of ,I phoned the sales dept for a viewing.We made an appointment with one of the sales team James,for the following Saturday..On arrival we received a friendly greeting shown to a seat,and offered coffee.after a short discussion on makes and models,finances etc I was shown the car I liked,taken for a test drive,shown all the "gadgets"and specifications.loved the car,liked the friendly James,we returned to the showroom,dealt with the paperwork,and am now the owner of a brand new Peugeot 2008.Allure.would recommend Robins & Day,to all my friends,upfront,honest ,reliable.8 years agoGreat service!

I purchased a used Peugeot from Robins & Day Guildford. The salesman was Chris Jones who was very professional and helpful throughout the test drive, sale and handover. Chris contacted me a few days after leaving the showroom with my new car to check everything was ok and that I was happy with my purchase. I was concerned about a minor issue which Chris quickly resolved with the help of the service department. Overall the customer service was excellent and made the experience of purchasing a vehicle a lot less daunting than I expected.8 years agoGreat experience
Showroom was really nicely laid out, cars were all polished and shiny and staff were so relaxed and helpful without being pushy. I couldn't decide what colour I wanted and the salesman took us outside to let us see the range of colours available "in the flesh". I bought a new car which I've been so happy with and I definitely would go back to Robins & Day for my next car.8 years agoPeugeot dealers should all follow R&Ds

From beginning to end, I felt at ease. As a newly-passed driver, I had lots of questions about the car and finance arrangements, and my sales rep Priyesh was very clear and friendly when addressing all my concerns and questions. He has a lovely manner about him that made me feel very comfortable. I never felt as I was being sold to. Priyesh got me a great deal when my original choice of model wasn't available. The whole process was smooth and easy, from my test drive to signing off the final paperwork and driving away, I was kept well-informed and up to date. The cherry on the cake was a beautiful bouquet of flowers to take home in my new car. I'm sure they do this for everyone, but it was a really nice touch which perfectly complimented the celebratory mood of buying my first car. I can honestly say that the customer service at robins & day was second to none. They were polite, reassuring & very friendly & helpful. Nothing was to much trouble & I whould definitely recommend anyone thinking of buying a car from them to go there. The sales representative was non-judgemental and very approachable. He gave very good advice and guided me to the right car the fit all my requirements and more. My car had it's 6 week check, and a small dent removed which was on the car when bought. This was carried out quickly while I waited, and the car was washed too. The staff were friendly and pleasant.Leave us a review
