Buying a used car from Robins & Day, Birmingham North was a very easy and pleasant experience. Our dealings were mainly with David Evans, who was always very helpful and quick to answer any queries we had, but credit must also be given to Jamie, who, although being a Citroen man, knew enough about the brand to guide us through our viewing. Even Steve, who greeted us on entrance, was friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Altogether an easy experience, making our 2 hour journey to view the car, then again to pick it up, worthwhile!! PS: Just sort out the coffee machine ...

I went into Robins and Day on the Monday the 30th January to see if I could buy a new car, my 5th new car from Robins & Day and get a good exchange deal for my old car. I was dealt by Aaron the salesman for Robins & day in a very efficient and professional way. He explained all the issues with the deal very clearly.
