This was the second vehicle we have purchased, the other being a van. We used Carwow in the first place to receive offers on a new vehicle and our local Robin's & Day was the best. They communicated well both via telephone and the Carwow messaging interface. The actual buying experience was handled very professionally and efficiently. We have had no issues regarding the van and hope for the same with the new car. We have a servicing contract on the van which seems to work well and will do the same for the car. All our dealings with them have been very good and I would expect to continue using them in the future.7 years agoHad an amazing experience

Ricky Carr provided a superb friendly and professional service. He was entirely open about the vehicle we purchased and went out of his way to negotiate a deal with his manager for our part exchange. Great guy! He enabled us to turn up with our old car (for part-ex), complete a test drive and drive away with the new one within a couple of hours all in the same day.7 years agoVery helpful staff
Very helpful staff, even when being quite busy when I went in, the man who didn't deal with Motarbility was more than helpful sat me down and took details. Then was lucky to slide me in with a Motarbility specialist who was also very helpful. Was in there about 90 mins had a test drive & all my details and purchase was processed. Robins and Day were recommended to us by a third party and we were pleasantly surprised by the company's relaxed but knowledgeable and informative approach to providing us with details of the car we wanted, a vehicle that we ultimately purchased. The sales team are friendly and have a very detailed knowledge of the cars. The whole process from test drive through to ordering the car was totally painless and they are great at keeping in touch to let you know about progress on the car build. I spent ages looking for a Peugeot 2008 Allure with the right spec. I went online and found one on the Robin and Day website. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Dave Evans. He has been brilliant. Not only did they contribute £750 towards the deposit but getting it delivered to my door and I live in Hereford free of charge. Always keeping me up to date on events and a first class service. I would recommend these guys to anyone.Leave us a review
