After a few weeks looking for a new car, I visited Robins & Day at Walton Upon Thames on a Sunday afternoon. After looking around the cars on the forecourt I like 2 of the cars. I went inside the showroom and both sales advisers were busy with customers. We were asked to take a seat by one of them and help ourselves to tea or coffee. After 10 minutes the sales manager can to us and asked a few questions about which model and how much I wanted to spend he came back with some model that were available. We went outside to look at them I fell in love with the first one. I sat inside and took it for a test drive. I said I would have this one went back inside to do the paperwork which was a smooth process. Arranged to pick the car up the following Monday, Tom the sales advise arranged to pick me up instead of me getting the bus which would have been an hour's journey. The whole process was so smooth , all the sales advisor's were polite and professional. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone . I love my new car

Apart from the fact the car we bought and came to test drive.was nearly sold but sale fell through because they did secure finance... Our service from initial enqiry was excellent to point of sale. Joseph answered all our questions and overcame any objections and made sure all our car needs were covered. Was only interested in selling the right car for us. so looking forward to car hopefully this weekend.

Peugeot Walton Branch. We were looked after by Stuart Christie. We received excellent customer service whilst we were enquiring and purchasing a new car . Stuart took the time to clearly explain the PCP system of purchase, so much so we left feeling well informed. Follow up questions were also answered promptly!
