Both the sales rep and his manager were friendly, helpful, answered my questions readily and browsed extra information for me. The salesperson who dealt with my purchase at the Romford site was Sam Malpass. I found the car through their web site which I found easy to use (from a 60+ year old !) and my initial contact was via the on line chat line and then by telephone.
