No hesitation in recommending Billy Wadeson
I was introduced to Billy Wadeson after calling into the Manchester branch to view a used DS7 without appointment. From the outset Billy was friendly, courteous and helpful as we looked over the car and took it out for a test drive. Although I have owned a DS5 from new and really wanted to like the DS7 it didn't quite hit the mark.
I spent my career in sales and I thought that Billy did an excellent job in trying to ascertain why the car wasn't right for me and looking for alternatives but at no time did I feel pressured. I asked him to give me time to consider my decision and call me later in the day which he did, as promised, but unfortunately I still didn't feel that that car was the one for me. We agreed that Billy should call me if he came across a car that he thought would meet my requirements and I would have no hesitation in recommending Billy to any of my friends or family considering DS in future.
