We recently visited the Hillsborough branch as we were interested in the Peugeot 2008 model. Our sales advisor Rebekah was friendly and approachable and had a good understanding of our requirements. We were able to make a quick choice on the car and part-ex'd our old car with no issues. We were clear about our budget and they managed to exceed our expectations on this, we even got a cash-back bonus! The purchase, finance application and paperwork did seem a bit long-winded and there were a few system glitches but overall it was pretty straight forward. We had one query about the new car the day after purchase, so we contacted Rebekah and she responded quickly and was able to resolve our problem straight away.8 years agoMobility car

After having a bad experience with a car dealership, I didn't hold out much hope on getting a new car. However, I saw one I liked at Robins and Day in Coventry and phoned Lee. I managed to secure the car over the phone for a great price! When I went to pick it up, he went through everything with me to ensure I understood all the gadgets.
